Asset Tracker Kuwait (ATK) is a product of Crosslink, a one-person company registered in Kuwait. Our app and website help investors track stocks, gold, silver, cryptocurrencies, and calculate Zakat and Khums in one place.

2. What Data We Collect

3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide portfolio tracking and calculation features
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure
- To manage your subscription across our website and app
- To improve the app based on anonymized usage patterns
- To send important account notifications (no marketing without consent)
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

These services have their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum required data.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers using industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, encrypted at rest). We do not store passwords - authentication is handled entirely by Firebase and your chosen provider (Google or Apple).
6. Data Retention
We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
7. Your Rights
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your portfolio data
- Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account

8. Children's Privacy
Asset Tracker Kuwait is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app, website, or email.

- لتقديم خدمات تتبع المحفظة والحسابات في التطبيق
- للتحقق من هويتك وحماية حسابك
- لإدارة اشتراكك عبر الموقع والتطبيق
- لتحسين التطبيق بناء على أنماط الاستخدام المجهولة
- لإرسال إشعارات الحساب المهمة - لا تسويق بدون موافقتك
نحن لا نستخدم بياناتك للإعلانات أو التنميط أو بيعها لأطراف ثالثة.

لكل منها سياسة خصوصية مستقلة. نشارك الحد الأدنى من البيانات اللازمة فقط.
٥. تخزين البيانات والأمان
يتم تخزين بياناتك على خوادم Google Firebase بتشفير معياري أثناء النقل والتخزين. نحن لا نحتفظ بكلمات المرور - تتم المصادقة بالكامل عبر Firebase والمزود المختار.
٦. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك نشط. عند حذف حسابك، تحذف جميع البيانات نهائيا خلال ٣٠ يوما.
٧. حقوقك
- الاطلاع على البيانات التي نحتفظ بها عنك
- تصحيح البيانات غير الدقيقة
- حذف حسابك وجميع البيانات المرتبطة به
- تصدير بيانات محفظتك
- سحب موافقتك في أي وقت عن طريق حذف حسابك

٨. خصوصية الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجه للأطفال دون سن ١٣ عاما. إذا اعتقدت أن طفلا قدم معلومات شخصية، تواصل معنا وسنحذفها فورا.

قد تحدث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سنبلغك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر التطبيق أو الموقع أو البريد الإلكتروني.
