Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Asset Tracker Kuwait mobile application and website (assettrackerkw.com), operated by Crosslink, a company registered in Kuwait. These terms apply to all users. The app is currently free; paid plans may be introduced in the future.

Asset Tracker Kuwait (ATK) is a personal investment portfolio tracking application. ATK allows users to manually track stocks (Kuwait, Saudi, and US markets), gold, silver, fixed deposits, and various cryptocurrencies available through supported market data providers, and calculate Zakat and Khums. ATK does NOT:

• Execute, place, or facilitate any trades or investment orders
• Manage, hold, or move any funds or financial assets
• Connect to or access any brokerage or bank account
• Provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use ATK.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at crosslink.kw@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.

Asset Tracker Kuwait is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any stock exchange, brokerage firm, bank, cryptocurrency exchange, or financial institution. All company names, market names, and financial instruments referenced in the app are used for informational tracking purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

Asset Tracker Kuwait is currently available free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid subscription plans, premium features, or charges for any ATK services in the future. You will be clearly notified in advance before any charges apply. No fees will be collected without your explicit consent. Continued use of the app after any pricing change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the app or its data
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the app
• Use the app in any way that could harm other users or Crosslink

All content, design, logos, trademarks, and code within Asset Tracker Kuwait are the exclusive property of Crosslink. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
